Funds held in a suspended account will remain inaccessible during the investigation period. b 999 aims to complete investigations within 14 working days, though complex cases may take longer.

If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, b 999 may forfeit some or all of the balance held in the account. Where no breach is confirmed, any suspended balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method. Players may close their own b 999 accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (minus any bonuses not yet met through wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method.
